Today is Thanksgiving in the USA. Most shops, restaurants and commerces are closed down. As I am only 1/2 hour to the border to Mexico where thanksgiving is not celebrated and all commerces open. So just walked through the border. There is no check at all to get into Mexico. Anyone can get in without papers on foot and only when coming back to the sates that immigration is checked again.
